KBCF 50th Anniversary

Theme: More Precious Than Gold” (1 Peter 1:7)

The Logo Design Contest aims to:

  • Celebrate KBCF’s 50th Anniversary.
  • Create a meaningful logo that reflects KBCF’s rich history and future direction.
  • Select the official logo for use in various anniversary assets, including print, digital, and merchandise.
  • Showcase the creativity and talents of KBCFers.
  • Kick off the celebration with a community-driven design initiative.

A. ELIGIBILITY & MECHANICS

  • Open to all KBCF members and churchgoers (individual or group entries allowed).
  • Only one (1) entry per participant/group.
  • The full-color logo must use KBCF’s official electric blue [#00B0F0] and golden yellow [#F5BF03] to represent its 50 years.
  • The logo must also work in monochrome or one-color format.
  • The logo should remain distinct and recognizable on both light and dark backgrounds.
  • Both mixed-media and computer-aided designs are acceptable.
  • All submitted entries become the property of KBCF and may be used for display or publication.
  • Entries that violate the rules, ignore requirements, or show plagiarism will be disqualified.
  • Entries should be submitted in both digital and printed format:
    • Digital Copy: Submit in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format via email to kbcf.event@gmail.com.
    • Printed Copy: Submit on short bond paper (8.5″ x 11″), together with a written explanation of your design (on a separate sheet, with the participant’s full name and contact number). Both documents must be placed inside a sealed short brown envelope and submitted to the KBCF Office on or before Friday, September 19, not later than 5:00 PM.

C. JUDGING CRITERIA

  • 30% – Relevance to Theme: Clearly conveys the 50th Anniversary theme, KBCF values and identity.
  • 30% – Creativity & Originality: Demonstrates fresh, unique, and inspiring concept.
  • 20% – Visual Impact: Delivers a strong, memorable impression and aesthetic appeal.
  • 20% – Versatility & Adaptability: Maintains visual impact across sizes, formats, and color variations.
