Psalm 99
Introduction:
As loyal subjects of the Kingdom of God, we should proclaim His Lordship over all human institutions.
I. The LORD is King Over All (v. 1-3)
A. The Kingdom of God is personal and universal.
B. Rulers are God’s servants.
II. The LORD Loves Justice and Righteousness (v. 4-5)
A. The Kingdom of God is spiritual and socio-political.
B. Kingdom citizens are expected to live out Kingdom values.
III. The LORD Hears the Prayers of His People (v. 6-7)
A. There is power in prayer.
B. Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao ang gawa.
IV. The LORD Is Gracious and Merciful (v. 8-9)
